We are pleased to announce our new member of our team. Stephen our new head Chef has been working for a very well respected Bar and Restaurant in Wells, North Norfolk called The Globe, we are delighted to welcome Stephen to our team and are getting really excited to test out his food! Early next month we will be welcoming Andy and Jo Bolton who are bringing a wealth of experience to our business. Andy will be the General Manager and Jo will be assisting Stephen in the kitchen as well as keeping Andy on an even keel! Mandy our restaurant and bar supervisor and Josh are both looking forward to being part of a stable team and we all can't wait to see The 12 Lost Churches performing superbly again. Stephen will be creating a new menu and food service - this week will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday but from next week we will start to offer midweek lunches and evening meals again. In our chat this morning Stephen is keen to place the emphasis of his kitchen on freshly cooked food (shhh Hand cut Chips = fantastic!), with healthy options including healthy options for our children's menu! I conclude by saying the team once all assembled will be what I would call a 'Dream Team'. Good luck to your all!
