During a really busy bank holiday weekend we held our 11 golf day. 20 'Golfers' in inverted comers as I really don't qualify battled a difficult course and windy conditions to try and win the coveted Cliff House Holiday Park Golf Cup! Winning the cup this year was Jon Davison from Norwich with Mike Bacon coming a close second! Nearest the pin was won by Jon D as well after a very lucky bounce off the bunkers pushing the ball to within 1m of the pin! All had a great day with food and presentations held at Thorpeness Golf Club so many thanks to them for looking after us superbly. Thank you to all who took part!
The weekend was extremely busy at Cliff House and we were completely full with superb weather many people loved being on our beach including the lady found on the beach by a friend of ours at 5am ( HE went to see the sun come up!) who it appears fell asleep woke up announcing that she was now going to the bar! He informed here it was unlikely to be open as it was 5am! :-)) Anyway after a very busy summer break normality is resuming at Cliff House so those that like it here during the quieter periods we look forward to welcoming you here soon.
